ingredients:

1/2 cup Shot espresso

2 tsp Not Ice Cream

1/2 cup Sugar

Pistachios (optional)

1 cup NOTMILK

Instructions

  1. Prepare the espresso shot according to your coffee maker (Italian, French or American).
  2. In a saucepan, add the sugar and start to heat it.
  3. Add the Not Milk (warm) and stir carefully.
  4. To serve: put a scoop of ice cream in a glass, add the espresso shot and pour the caramel sauce on top.
  5. Garnish with pistachios.
