ingredients:

1/3 cup Shot espresso

1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

1 tbsp Vanilla essence

1 cup NOTMILK

Instructions

  1. Prepare the espresso shot according to your coffee machine (Italian, French or American)
  2. For the caramel sauce: in a pan, add sugar and heat it.
  3. Add the Not Milk (warm) and stir carefully.
  4. Froth the Not Milk.
  5. To serve: in a cup put caramel sauce at the bottom, add the frothed Not Milk and then pour the espresso shot.
  6. Drizzle with caramel sauce on top.
