1/2 cup Shot espresso
2 tsp Not Ice Cream
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup NOTMILK
- Prepare the espresso shot according to your coffee maker (Italian, French or American).
- In a saucepan, add the sugar and start to heat it.
- Add the Not Milk (warm) and stir carefully.
- To serve: put a scoop of ice cream in a glass, add the espresso shot and pour the caramel sauce on top.
- Garnish with pistachios.
