Dalgona Matcha

1/4 cup Coconut Cream

2 tbsp Sugar

1/2 tsp Vanilla essence

1 tsp Matcha green tea powder

Hielo (opcional)


  1. Add the coconut cream, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl.
  2. Whisk with a mixer for about 5 minutes until the texture is unctuous and creamy.
  3. Add the matcha tea powder to the mixture and beat for 1 more minute.
  4. Fill a glass with ice and Not Milk, then add the matcha mixture you made previously on top.

     Optional: sprinkle matcha tea powder on top.
