2 tbsp Instant coffee

2 tbsp Sugar

1 tbsp Cocoa powder

2 tbsp Hot water

Ice (optional)


  1. Add the instant coffee, sugar and hot water to a bowl.
  2. Whisk with a mixer for about 5 minutes until the texture is unctuous and creamy.
  3. Add the cocoa powder to the coffee mixture and beat for 1 more minute.
  4. Fill a glass with ice and Not Milk, then add the coffee mixture you made previously on top.

     Optional: sprinkle with cocoa powder on top.
